Our Design/Build Process

  • 1. Design Consultation

    In our design consultation, we collaborate with you to establish the project's scope, gather design ideas, and review budget considerations.

  • 2. Conceptual Design and Project Proposal

    We will present a conceptual design and project proposal including a preliminary budget and schedule.

  • 3. Approve Proposal

    Once the terms of the proposal meet your satisfaction, we will create an agreement and commence the project once a deposit is secured.

  • 4. Design Development

    During this stage, the designs undergo refinement and are modeled using 3D software. The materials and finishes are carefully selected, and the final schedule is confirmed.

  • 5. Production

    After the final design has been approved, the project will transition into production. Regular progress updates will be provided at set intervals.

  • 6. Delivery / Installation

    After all the necessary procedures for your project are completed at our shop, we will arrange for the delivery and installation to be scheduled.
